Validity Period: The product must be inspected before unloading from the truck, and the buyer has the right to return it to us for cancellation or exchange it with another product that matches their request.
2. Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
3. Non-returnable Items: “The customer reserves the right to reject and return the goods prior to offloading from the vehicle. Once the goods have been offloaded, they will be deemed as ‘Accepted,’ and no returns will be permitted thereafter.”
